Not a problem at all. Heavy duty commercial washer and drying machines can clean a lot of sheets for the daily changes required by hotels. They are soft, and fresh smelling.

Except for you save around 1500 a month with a private incall vs hotel.
Pretty sure the hotels aren't going to swap out and clean Blankets/ sheets ect per client you see..pretty sure about that.

Plus check in at 3 or 4 ..check out at
11 or 12.

Ok this thread is a little old but I'm going to comment on it anyway. I commented above that if I had the right location I would host from a private place. Now come on out to Independence for privacy & lots of discretion including a garage to park your car in. Neighbors are fine & I spoke to my landlady when I applied for the place giving her legit reasons for me having traffic in & out. I friend my neighbors enough to be cordial but not enough for them to get into my buis. I give them the same story I gave the landlady if asked what I do for work. Again it gives a legit reason for traffic and they're all gone through the day. Clean sheets between each person & a plastic mattress protector which is washed regularly. No one lays in anyone else's stuff. And as mentioned above there's no check-in or check-out times so I can now offer QV, BNG & am now more available.
