I make it a point now of putting decline to answer or putting myself as another ethnicity when answering all of the diversity shit in job applications etc now.

If I can't decline to answer, then I'm native American, sometimes Hispanic or sometimes African American. I'm just waiting for someone to ask me to prove it, wherein I will get great joy in asking them to prove I'm not - 'cause that's how I identify!
