I think the porn industry is affecting our society, by giving us all fake expectations.

Interesting topic, Neutral Zone. I have noticed more variability in the size of my loads as I have aged (60+now) and I think that generally the volume is less (although I have my moments!).
I have had some modest success with Horny Goat Weed which you can get over the counter online or even at your local pharmacy.

Texassapper, please let us know if the sunflower Lecithin improves the volume of your load.

Sorry to hear about your struggle.

I had prostate cancer in 2014, had my prostate removed. The biopsy showed the cancer was very aggressive so the surgeon also removed my 'nerve bundle'. To me that was the worst part of it.

I was cancer-free for a few years, then in 2018 cancer returned. I spent last summer doing radiation treatments and started hormone therapy. I am still on hormone therapy for another year.
