Gotta also consider that there are probably more no's than just him, but guys usually don't write those reviews in order not to screw up their chances with other providers.

I don't think people really care so much about the NO he gave because he is entitled to his opinion. I think it was the way he did the blast that may not have been necessary because he did stay the whole hour
