One need not write a review of every encounter he has, but if a guy does not have a review on a provider he has seen yet tells others of his BCD experience with her on someone else's review of her (good, bad or indifferent), then his opinion on her is worthless.

I simply agreed with the OP. Whether my review is worthless or not is subjective. It does
offer another persons experience with her others can use for their benefit. If I had written the review before this review, it doesn't change the relevance, it simply adds another experience, good or bad.
