Of course the "plaintiff" would have to reveal their identity!
And they are judgment proof, but their "right to do business" could be a condition of "satisfying" all judgments within 60 days of the judgment being "final" and general liability insurance could be mandatory to assure collection or at least an opportunity to settle the matter.
