My understanding from the DFW area a subamp is a spa outside the city as in suburb. I may be incorrect but this what I understand. I have only seen it mentioned in the DFW threads.

Thank you. Makes sense DFW would have their own way of saying things.

It's true sub amp is usually suburban but also a lower level of service compared to the AMPs. Some guys enjoy the thrill of the chase or are constrained by donations or geographic limits . If the price or location of AMPs are a problem the subamp can meet someone's needs. L1is common but L2 is possible and with some time investments L3 is achieved by some.

You guys in Texas really do have your own way of the hobby.

Also, in most cases, a decent therapeutic massage is offered in sub-amps where as there's little to no massage offered in a proper AMP. I'm referring to the DFW area.
From my experience, these sub-amp massages are excellent and my back and legs feel limber & relaxed for days after my massage. I also don't moisturize my back so I appreciate the warm oil that's massaged into my back. If I choose a 1 hour massage at a Dallas sub-amp, I'll receive an excellent 45-50 minute back, leg, shoulder, and head massage followed by the ending like playerplano mentioned.
If I choose a 1 hour session at a Dallas AMP, there's no massage. You're offered a table shower (you should always say yes) followed by you know what. At the end, if you have time left over, some AMP ladies may give you a light 5 minute massage but it's nowhere near as therapeutic or intense as the massage you'll receive from a sub-amp. At least in my experience.

Here in NY no AMP ever has a provider under the age of, maybe 35, but the average looks more like 50. Certainly none in their 20's. Most look as if they'd been turning tricks in Shanghai since the 80's.
Any better quality/young ones in the Texas AMP's or subs? Or same mediocre quality everywhere...

For the most part, the ladies in the Dallas AMPS are in their thirties and forties, though there are some ladies in their twenties too depending on the AMP. However, even the ladies in their thirties and forties look great and several of them can pass for being in their twenties.
As for the Dallas Sub-AMPS, the ones I've met and heard of from other Dallas guys have mostly been older ladies in their thirties, forties, and fifties. However, I have also met a few ladies in their late twenties and thirties as well though they are harder to find.
Looks like overall, there are better prospects in Dallas than NY.

Well in upstate NY, yes. In downstate, near NYC, I don't know, but I sure it's mostly more of the same.

I heard that some of the hottest providers in the world live in NYC and there's at least a couple of elite pornstar escorts visiting NYC every month. Their rates are high but if you want the best...you just have to head down to the Big Apple.

I meant AMP. Overall there is an amazing selection of providers in the Northeast. No complaints here about that. The upstate area is lacking but NYC has an incredible abundance of opportunity. But run of the mill AMP's I'm not sure about. Especially in Chinatown, where there's seemingly ten AMP every block. I think AMP in general rely on the older stock.
