My experience at Zen was also poor. Maybe they're spooked by an uptick in business? I too have not had a good experience anywhere lately.

Make sure that you get MiMi because one reviewer said that he made an appointment with MiMi and when he got there he got Sophia instead.

Just visited with Sofia/Sophia
She almost doesn't speak any English and she is not Chinese but Thai.
Surprisingly I had a very good massage , really!
