The quintessential definition of “lot lizzards” are truck stop girls. I guess it applies to other parking lot these days. BSC is the number one qualifying trait.

Yes, BSC is right.

Parking Lot Lizards are more common in the truck station's valleys, but as I have shown, all parking lots can have lizards. It is a matter of careful observation.
