Just saw the R rated movie UnPlanned. That was the MPAA's contribution to the cause. A young girl can an abortion in some states without her parent's permission but she can't watch this movie.
Anyway, I'm doing dramaturgy on the C P Taylor play, GOOD. It is about a good man who joins the National Socialist German Workers Party in 1933. He does for self-described good reasons and with no ill will towards anyone. As the play concludes in 1942 he comes to the realization how far he has gone down the rabbit hole. Same thing with the protagonist of UnPlanned. She joined Planned Parenthood with intention of making abortions safe and rare. Over eight years she found that PP's reputation was more important than the lives of the patients and that PP is in the abortion business for profit. I can make a direct connection between the two people.

I recommend the movie and the play if it ever gets produced near you.

I have always said that if a woman was required to see a sonogram of exactly what was growing inside her, abortions would drop to nothing.

As I have said before, in the 21st century, there is no reason to even have to make that choice with the multitudes of birth control at every woman’s disposal.

If you saw the abortion scene in the movie it would screw with your head. It was hard to take.

Who cares? Why are you so concerned with abortion? It's up to the chick. If you don't like abortion dont have one. Why get in another persons way for something that is not of any of your business in the first place.

You guys don't want to feed or give these unwanted children health care. Why not just let them be aborted. You so called conservatives should think of the money you're saving with less mouths to feed. Abortion should be easier to have I do think we should limit how many a chick can have you shouldn't get past 3 abortions. If you do keep the kid that may teach her to keep the legs closed.

For the foolish Trey spouting old, worn out talking points. Conservatives do care about children...why is that even debatable? First,being born is definitely preferable to being chopped up like liberals want. Score 1:0 conservatives. Conservatives recommend adoption to allowing a child to be used as a bargaining chip for government handouts. Score 2:0 conservatives. Conservatives have proposed many times over VOLUNTARY epidermal birth control for those women want it and court ordered birth control for convicted of child abuse. Score 4:0 conservatives. As for education and growing up, conservatives want to break the cycle of poverty with charter schools and vouchers. Liberals want continue failing government indoctrination centers. 5:0. Trump's policies have reduced black unemployment for young adults. What have the liberals done...right, Chicago and Baltimore. Final score 6:0 conservatives.

Philosophically, we all have an interest in how we treat our most vulnerable.
