Keto Diet - the fat burner diet.
So, I jumped in on the hype and got the diet pills and cleanse pills.
Man, it's working.
Fat is disappearing for real.
Side effect : I USED to have a fat cock !

nice! I met a young lady last month, who was sort of a spokesperson for that diet. it came up randomly during other conversation, but she said she lost 20 pounds the first month, without trying.. "the pounds just melted off", she said.. she was too skinny, she could use 10 more pounds.

I have problems believing if it really melts off fat as quickly as it claims that it would be healthy to be dropping that much that quickly.

It works IF you can eat that much fat.
When I lived in NOLA, worked with one of the docs that wrote the "Sugar Busters" book, Dr. Morrison Bethea. He was a COCKY young Doc, fresh out of residency and I was a hot blonde nurse that challenged him on night shift. That diet is basically the Keto diet that we see today.

Not a doctor, but this diet will work if you are at a caloric deficit and close to 70% fats in your diet. All carbs and larger quantities of protein are insulinogenic to some degree, fats are not. Carbs are broken down into sugars. Insulin takes sugars that are not immediately used for energy or stored as glycogen in muscles and stores it for use later as FAT. Eating a traditional diet spikes your blood sugar due to carbs. We also typically eat at a caloric surplus so most people are getting more calories than they need and storing them for use later. A diet high in fat stabilized your insulin so you are storing fewer calories. If you are at a caloric deficit your body will burn fat. Dr. Peter Attia has done some great work in this area. BTW if you are diabetic or pre diabetic don't get on this diet without a doctor's supervision as ketoacidosis could be a real risk.

Keep up the good work guys!
I love a keto/low carb diet and will dabble in it from time to time, but then my sugar/bread cravings hit and I cave. I think I need a keto buddy to smack my ass when I give in.
It's worth mentioning that certain diets, especially keto, can and most certainly do affect the body odor (including down below) and your breath. So, it's just another reason to take a quick rinse and use a little mouth wash when visiting a lady.

I don't know if I can go cold turkey on the food I consume but I'm down to work out once I start the routine that is. Done it before with great success, I never liked the in diets of the moment.

most people don't understand the atkins/keto diet and why it works.
if you eat a small amount of carbs and other (protein/fat) the carbs enable the body to store the protein or fat as fat. but if you eat close to zero carbs, no amount of protein or fat will be stored on you as fat. also, all energy requirements of the body will be obtained from burning fat from the body, not the food you eat.
hence, it is impossible to gain fat when eating no carbs. so when no carbs are eaten, tremendous weight loss occurs, as the body is forced to burn its fat stores for energy, NO MATTER HOW MUCH PROTEIN or FAT you eat!

Some good comments.
Just an FYI - I don't diet as such.
I just started taking the pills and changed nothing about what I'm eating.
For dinner tonight, I picked up an Eatzi's chef prepared " roast Turkey, green beans, and scoops of mashed sweet potatoes. I only ate half of it.
I'm going to consume a couple of bourbons tonight as well.
The pills keep reducing my visible fat.
So what if I hear extremely well now because of the new ear on my forehead.
