That has got to be one of the most visible intersections in Spring!

Zero COVER!!!! And a crossing point for LE ...

The only redeeming value of the location is its convenience to the firefighters across the street who might need a good rub after fighting a major conflagration or extracting dumbasses from their wreckage on I45. So it might be "off limits" for the administrative detail!

But I've always had a lot of respect for "scouts"! And tell them BEFORE they embark!
