I suspect, since I don't know any of them, much less all of them, they rent space (or buy) where it's cheap AND the landlord is welling to rent to them .... and they aren't concerned about the "neighbors" ... which is probably why one sees some pop up across the street from schools or in the same strip center as a daycare. That is hardly a "business plan" ...

Oh they do that too but when they get into the suburbs they really do try to target the old white guys. Asians know the old white guy has to pay for it.
