Back to the OPs question, I think you should be upfront about it and not wait to spring it on the guy when he shows up. Offer to reschedule or renegotiate a different menu.
Sure, some guys are willing to swim during the red tide, but for those that don't, it's frustrating to drive all the way to Wallys World only to find out "Sorry folks, Park's closed!"
There are other activities that could be done instead, but unless you are willing and able to do greek and/or oral for an hour, you should let the guy know upfront so he can choose a BnG or reschedule a date after your aunt packs her bags and heads out the door..

I did it once in high school. It felt somewhat different. It is difficult to describe beyond that 25+ years later.

What made it truly memorable was us navigating the 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house completely naked with the parents home in order to get into the shower. We both looked like we just committed a murder, and it was never done or spoken of again.

Fun times.

It never bothered me for my companion to be having her period but it seems to be an issue for you. I have met women who were bothered by having sex during their period. I don't want to not be empathetic but I never understood that. I also appreciate that it is an issue for some men.

I used to work with a guy who searched out this. It was his thing. He LOVED red wings.

Personally this hobbit doesn't care one way or another. Put a towel down and go to town, I'm getting some. Never had an issue with it.
