That's a tough one, there are so many. Probably Adolph Hitler. He reminds me of my new hero, who's not white so doesn't qualify, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez. They both are National Socialists, who believe the people exist to serve the government instead of the reverse. And both came up with the brilliant idea of scapegoating and persecuting a group of people to unify their countrymen. Ocasio Cortez, however, is much smoother.
