Best Subamps near Bush and Trinity Mills

I’ve tried using the search function and came up with a few. But looking for subamp recommendations in that area. Any assistance appreciated.

I would head a little east to Coit in Plano and go to the Shade.

Oasis is at Trinity Mills and Marsh, SW corner
Palm Springs is at GBT and Marsh, NW corner
Both have received good reports.

Lea is at GBT and Old Denton, next to Walmart's auto shop.

Relaxation Station and Spa Mansion are near Park and DNT.
Sunny is at Plano & 15th.

Go a bit E, into Plano and Richardson and you will find plenty o' places to get small bottles of water, and some that offer larger bottles.

I stopped by at oasis (Trinity & Marsh) the other day around 10 and it was closed. I was just driving by and knew there was a place and stopped to take a look. Anyone been there before? Any intel?
