Suggestion for sitewide safety and security measures.

I’ve recently encountered being contacted on the numbers I have listed on my bio page and/or encounters. They have been impersonating clients that have submitted encounter reports on me and today decided to impersonate a Mod in my area that has submitted encounter reports as well.

It was my understanding that this is a “SAFE”, members only site...I guess I was wrong.

Anyone who has internet access, including but not limited to LE, stalkers, trolls can access Eccie.com . They also can view bio pages that show our contact numbers, read encounter reports that show our contact numbers, website, email address and general location.

Female members go through an extensive screening to become members, including our state identification. Male members only have to give their email address and handle they choose to join. This isn’t CL or BP, so why lower the standards to the same level?

Some suggestions to make this site a better and safer experience for members, male or female:

Make the site truly a “VERIFIED MEMBERS ONLY” site.

So what about the Signature line? Is that still only visible to Upgraded Female Accounts and PA access male accounts?

And to the OP could you tell us what about the contact gave you the realization that they were not legitimately who they said?

That is always my preferred MO. I have never simply texted a lady out of the blue that I have never met, always send a pm thru the site where you found her.

I always started with a PM first, then an email saying I sent a PM.
From there, we work things out.

I have been amazed over the years how many providers do respond to PMs.

I am not a last minute type guy and usually plan my dates 24 hours in advance.

From there it's good communication.

I just don’t understand how females have to provide an identification card holding it to their face yet the site is open to everyone and anyone can become a member without having the same requirement. Lol seems odd but hey what do I know.

Even without posting contact numbers when encounter reports are done they include our contact numbers and anyone can still access those to get it

I have a few numbers going for my safety and others. I specifically use one of my numbers for Eccie, another for advertising on other sites and a private unlisted number for regulars that are safe. When knowing the female they posed as I reached out to her and was told it was not her. Another that contacted me posing as a member who did an encounter report on me, seemed off that he was in my tiny town when he’s 3 hours away to begin with; so I simply told this poser that “I messaged you on the site”... I never specifically said which site and the person said they couldn’t access the site from their phone. A few days later I received a PM back on here stating it was not him. The mod that was being impersonated contacted me by my Eccie contact number stating they just got a new phone and asked me for an appointment. I reached out to the MOD on my private number and asked if he got a new number. He told me that he did not and I explained the situation and my thoughts on better safety measures and enforcement on this site. Then I gave the poser the address to the police station.
