If you knew the least bit about the U.S. criminal justice system you would KNOW the statement you made above is FALSE ... as in incorrect ... but since you state it as a fact it's FALSE!
You, like most SocialistLiberalAntiTrumpers, would conclude Flynn "guilty" even if he had never entered into a plea agreement, which can be withdrawn by him, because he hasn't been sentenced. Coercing a plea agreement based on falsified evidence makes the plea involuntary and a violation of due process. And even if he is "sentenced" Trump can pardon him.

I don't know if you fancy yourself as a lawyer or a professor but you don't know your stuff in either profession. Yes Flynn has the chance to change his plea. Being as they have a shitload of evidence against him, and a pissed off judge, that would be pretty bad advice to advise Flynn to plead not guilty. You don't know much about courtrooms counselor

It's my civic duty to correct falsehoods spread by liars. McCabe, Comey, Strzok, etc., are still being investigated for their lies. That they lied is a well documented fact, and you're repeating their lies in your posts. Flynn will be exonerated.

You are in error. The only Russian agents in the 2016 race were the ones who worked for hildebeest. I voted against hildebeest.

Nice babble, "prof".
Tell it like you think it is.
You and ib should start a club.
You both add conditions that have nothing to do with this case.
Put your money where your mouth is and start a "fundme"......oh, wait.
No one is appealing or pushing either of your lines of "thought".
Your hubris is your trademark. You're both fun to beat. It never gets old.
Note to ib.
Did you notice your only booster abandoned you?
A pardon isn't being exonerated.

How would you know?
You're neither, won't ever be, and couldn't be if you wanted to be.
In fact ... and it's fact ... you prove it every time you post!

I never said it was "being exonerated" ...
In fact I know of no criminal procedure in this country by which ANYONE is "exonerated" of a crime .... except ... reflecting on the definition of "exonerate" ... you would be WRONG yet again!!!!!
Quote:
ex·on·er·ate
Dictionary result for exonerate
verb
past tense: exonerated; past participle: exonerated
1.
(especially of an official body) absolve (someone) from blame for a fault or wrongdoing, especially after due consideration of the case.
"they should exonerate these men from this crime"
synonyms: absolve, clear, acquit, declare innocent, find innocent, pronounce not guilty, discharge; More
2.
release someone from (a duty or obligation).
|
I'll just chalk your failure up to BRAIN FREEZE!!!!!!
A PARDON releases someone from (a duty or obligation)
Since I'm the "professor" and you are obviously just learning,
you get an F! along with your partner ... Mystic .. F .. also!
Criminal prosecutions result in a "not guilty" or a "guilty"! Arguably one can say that a "not guilty" does in fact "exonerate" the person from the charges filed against him or her, but actually (and legally) all a "not guilty" confirms is that the Government (or state) lacked sufficient evidence beyond a reasonable doubt for a trier of the fact (judge or jury) to find the person "guilty" of the charges alleged against the person.
Recess ... you two can go play appeasement for awhile.
Do yourself a favor ... just stick with pretending to be a popsicle .. you're better off than engaging in one of those big blue letter rants that go on miserably for nonsensical ever.

Here is the lie.
But keep clicking your heels together Dorothy ... you repeat it long enough and we'll all be dead.
It will never be true but you'll be dead and never held accountable for that lie.

Trump could pardon Tim McViegh , OJ Simpson and Charles Manson and some numbnut would argue they had all been exonerated!
Flynn has plead guilty , you bambino and IN have atgued that Flynn was going to change his plea. So far that has been a lie.
Judge Sullivan's order has turned out to be nothing as to how you painted it out to be...in fact if one links to bambinos old thread, it went exactly how I supposed.

And for your narrative to be true you'll have to convince a jury that monkeys fly...
