Ah, I see. I know what happened. After a little consideration I'd asked a mod about removing the specifics from the original post. He essentially said no and I'd have to stand by what I said, so I will. However, when you mentioned something being deleted but still visible via subscription I assumed you were told about my inquiry for editing the post (for reasons I didn't care to investigate), but thought my attempts at deleting something was what you were referring to. What are the odds... Between that and how frequently I'm misinterpreted... Anyway, sorry if that response aggravated you, I can see how it would have.

If you're worried about seeing a girl who provides bbfs, then you might as well not hobby. Everyone does bbfs with someone, whether it's in the hobby or not. The hobby in itself is a risk on numerous levels.

And even the strictest of providers will sometimes have a "favorite" or someone that they see on a personal level and offer it to them. I've had that happen to me many, many times throughout my hobby experience. Providers with a great reputation and adamant about not doing bbfs, but will offer it if they like and trust you. Whether you partake is up to what makes you feel safe.

And has been mentioned already, you're protecting yourself a little bit with a condom, but not a ton. You can still get plenty of sti's like herpes, hpv, etc with a condom and a condom can break. I've heard of people that have got chlamydia from oral. It can happen. If you're gonna be paranoid, just don't hobby...

There are many in the hobby who have a SO or husband. Just like there are many of you guys who have an SO or wife. We Can't really hold that against you. The best thing you can do is worry about you and protect yourself the best that you can. If you're still not comfy, this may not be for you. IMO--- the hobby will always be safer and cleaner than civie world. The stories that I hear..... ugh----just watch an episode of Maury.
