Is Choctaw Casino is a racist organization?

When you play poker at Choctaw Casino near Durant, Oklahoma, they do not allow you to converse with another player in any language other than English.

While they say it is so players cannot collude with each other, say for instance in Russian, could it be they just are hateful English only bastards like Tom Brokaw?

I'm concerned there might be some discrimination or racism here.

there are so many says to collude in poker besides speaking a foreign language

The Noble Choctaw Indians are there to do what any other Casino is there to do........Get your money.

They make the rules. I suspect that if you were in Vegas, conversing with fellow players in a language that the Dealer could not understand, you would be asked to stop, or leave.

As you know, a private business may not make a disciminatory rule.

Hence, unless they are leaning upon their nation state status, and in contravention of the treaties made to allow Native-American casinos to operate under the laws of the state they operate in, then they are violating anti-discrimination rules and should be forced to stop what they are doing.

Indian casinos operate on reservation - Indian lands.

They are separately governed under the Bureau of Land Management and Bureau of Indian Affairs.
As such - they are essentially independent of State Laws and can govern casinos as they wish
Including - persons who win a major jackpot can be , and have been, shown the door unceremoniously with nothing.

Las Vegas has a Nevada gaming commission to control issues like that - and the mafia is gone.

yes it is.. although I still would rather the Indians running Casinos instead of the Chinese. at least with Indians you know you lost a fistful of money, with the Chinese in charge, you would leave with a smile, thinking you hit jackpot, never realizing you got fucked in the ass.
