Thanks. Well I previous to being a provider was a property mgr (GM) at a hotel and can confirm this had always been practiced especially Marriott chains. But honeslty it has alot to do with how one carries themselves. It sucks that one is judged based on looks. Im very skilled on how to not raise flags. They are way too busy doing theyre job to focus so much plus theres all these other types of guest issues they need to need to attend to and other types of undesirables you wouldnt even imagine. Beleive me I dont miss that responsibility one bit.
