Is web support a 24-7 thing or M-F ??

Trying to solve a simple how do I pay issue for premium access. Most sights have 24-7 response when it comes to collections.
Or is this a dead issue until Monday morning ?

I can appreciate your frustration, but there is nothing else that the local moderating staff can do for you regarding this request.

We've notified the admins of your issue and if you have sent an email to the websupport alias as requested, they will get back to you when they process the request.

These are the same people who do all the age verifications for the ladies, handle account upgrades, address website issues, etc., so depending on their workload, it might take a few days for them to get back to you.
