Well going in for testing isn't necessarily a bad thing. I get tested once or twice every month. I have 0 shame in saying so. All providers should go in for testing regularly

True, I think most people would rather know their partners are going in for testing. I’d be more alarmed if a lady claimed she doesn’t need to get tested or isn’t getting tested, however it’s not really a subject that is brought up a lot I’m sure.
I also wish gents would do the same. Ain’t no shame in finding out and making sure your all clear and clean often. Married guys should be doing this often if you are actively seeing lots of ladies,.. and you can usually get tested in any old clinic if you don’t trust your family doctor to be discrete.
The last way you want to find out, is through your wife asking you how she contracted something when she has only been with you.
