Yes, that was exactly my point just above in my earlier reply. They don't help with stopping climax at all. Not one bit. They just make getting an erection easier (under any circumstances). So, yes, even after climax it will be easier to get hard. The problem is you may still have issues depending on how well the drug is working, how excited you are after already cumming, and it may not feel as good obviously (i.e. you have not waited and allowed the normal
refractory period to take effect). But, yes, it does make getting hard under any circumstances easier. That's the whole point of PDE5 enzyme blockers.
Things that do help with climax or PE issues:
1. Meditation, relaxation exercises, and kegels to strengthen the pubic muscles, learning to edge and then stop it with a strong kegel.
2. SSRI drugs (i.e. zoloft or sertraline) "can" help many people but have other affects you need to consider (such as decreasing libido
too much - so you need to start low if it's for PE)
3. Amphetamine salt based Rx (prescription) drugs: adderall, ritalin, methylphenidate, dexadrine.
4. Amphetamine salt based narcotics (not prescribed - DEA Schedule 1 primarily).
FYI I am
**not** condoning the use of any of the drugs,
*especially* under group
[3] or [4] unless you have need for them such as: ADHD, narcolepsy, other sleep disorders or mood disorders, or any dopamine affecting neurological disorders where a doctor has prescribed the use of such drugs.
Special Note: In ABSOLUTELY ZERO cases do I condone the use of any Schedule 1 drug... EVER. All are unavailable for prescription in all cases, no doctor can legally prescribe them, most of which will fall under group [4] above. I only listed them for the purpose of completeness.
