Team hildebeest's emails established that hildebeest and her associates were very racist and actively sought to derail Bernie's campaign by using his Jewish heritage against him -- then there were those remarks about certain people of color.

The issue is simply did she or did she not send or receive classified documents over a private server.

Both Powell & Rice received sensitive, but not classified documents on a private server as well.

Judge Lamberth's ruling is directed at whether hildebeest sought to purposefully violate the Freedom Of Information Act and whether agents in the State Department and Department of Justice functioned as enablers who deceitfully hid hildebeest's crime. While not as serious as hildebeest leaking Top Secret SAP intel to the Chinese by using a private, insecure server, violating the FOIA is also a crime.

Lamberth is also likely to go after the Department of State for misrepresenting the facts in "bad faith" up to this point in his court room.

Tump does get attacked in extreme ways. It’s probably because of his absurd extreme behavior. Clinton, the one who was actually President was beat up over Monica Lewinsky. Tump has fully convinced his base that not only is he a victim but they are as well. If you don’t think Tump is a liar then it’s hard for me to take anything you say very seriously.
