Remember that cop in S.C who shot that black brother Walter Scott in the back 2015? A young brother got it on video and showed straight up lynching. The other cop covered up for him. Then the tape showed up and they charged him? Remember that shit? Everyone was out raged. Then he was released on bond and the po-po continued to pay his health insurance because his wife was preggo. His first trial was a fucking mistrial!!!! Then the state dropped the charges. He plead guilty to some federal shit and got 20 fucking years. They had a mother fucking video! Yes this white bitch has a damn good chance of a minimal if any conviction. Don't act like that would be shocking. That's the fucking norm. I bet the other cop didn't get shit. Maybe lost his job

There's a minor difference. In those cases, the police could throw a veil, albeit thin and almost always complete bullshit, of justification by saying the suspect did something to give cause for lethal force.

I'd love to hear a reason it might have been justified. They did attempt to mention that an illicit substance was found at his apartment in an attempt to dirty his character and got lit up by the public response.

They really have nothing to save her. I'm going to be shocked if she's not found guilty. DPD, to save any progress in community relationships, needs her to be guilty.

I can see that as a possibility only because I believe in Quantum physics. She is low hanging fruit but I dont know who her lawyer is. There is no telling what kind of shit is going on. I think RM and Sistine guesses are very possible

The DA will overcharge to appease the mob. Then, when a Jury simply cannot convict, the Dindinuffins will go on midnight shopping sprees at CVS and the town will burn.

Can the judge give the Jury a choice to convict on a lesser charge in Texas?

checked out texas law to see what type of charges they had for different types of murders.

Criminal Homicide is codified under Chapter 19 of the Texas Penal Code. Texas state law says criminal homicide is classified as either murder, capital murder, manslaughter, or criminally negligent homicide.

I thing its getting more difficult to hire "good coppers" then ever before, may be a social issue ( people wanting big bucks and to be boss on there first day kinda stuff) Along with all this me too shit ,EEOC and on and on

Im sure that is part of it but I think a bigger part is corruption within politics and law enforcement. Most people became cops because they wanted to help people, public service etc. Now our system is so corrupt we attract a different breed
