He can sign whatever he wants but you cannot change the Constitution with an Executive Order. It's a bit more complicated than that. If he does sign it, expect a court challenge in a hurry.

There is no medically effective way to "reverse" a vaccination. If there was, the "Anti-vaxxers" would be all over it. It does not exist. Yes, I am qualified to comment.
It is clear that unvaccinated children coming into an immunologically naive group(herd) do pose a risk of introducing disease. Herd immunity protects the unvaccinated only to the extent that they are not exposed to the disease. Hence recent outbreaks of measles, mumps, and other preventable diseases.
Whatever You have been told/saw regarding vaccination reversal - You are mistaken.

why would they want to reverse the vaccination? doesn't make sense.

If you take the time to read the article, yes, undocumented immigrants do receive SOME handouts but very minor ones. Yes, they currently receive birthright citizenship but I doubt that is why they are risking crossing the border illegally.
|
By law yes they are not to. BUT in sanctuary cities they often DO. Plus if they have one of those anchor babies, they also get wic/chip/ebt for the kid..

|
Of course it would outweight it, as there's MORE legal citizens than illegals.
BUT if say there's 300 million legal citizens, contributing to 3 billion in fraud, that equates to 10 dollars of fraud Per legal citizen.
If there's 20 million illegals, contributing to 1 billion in fraud, that's 50 dollars of fraud per illegal. SO by the actual amount, YES they will have less fraud. BUT BY the percentage, they commit more.
From one site i saw, a Judicial watch report, showed that illegal aliens living in LA COUNTY alone, pull in 37 MILLION IN welfare and food stamps, over 40% of which got it via using forged/stolen SSNs, in just ONE MONTH.
Add to that, as per a GAO report, 1.1 Billion in welfare and foodstamps were spent on illegal aliens, because of anchor babies, THAT ON ITS OWN is a reason to end the whole anchor baby scheme..

If we don't let them in, we don't need to spend the money to HOUSE them in tents or other facilities though.

But .... you realize, I hope, ....
... that the Liberals want them on U.S. soil. Two reasons at least:
1. they will have rights they do not have otherwise; and
2. they can escape more easily from the "prison camp"!
This bullshit is to create a spectacle for a media blitz just before the election.

And that's how to see that he is full of it. He could have already ordered an e.o to be drafted and then signed it.
He hasn't because he has no intention to do it. He just grandstanding before the election.
He's almost certainly been told it would immediately be challenged and a judge would issue a stay immediately. Then trump would lose again at trial.
Trump likes to win, remember?

This is just a mid term ploy, politicized I think to show just how hypocritical and hysterical the Dim-Tards act.
However isn't it funny how the Dim-Tards read the 14 ad part 1 verbatim , and the Bill of Rights ad 1,2,4,5,6, and 10 are not clear to them , (HYPOCRIES)
But Odumboo tried with EOs and that was okay with the dim-tards
But the 14 AD was never intended for ILLEGAL babies , just saying

You are correct.
The irony of current events is: The Liberals are using the 14th to facilitate the increase of Hispanic population in this country, even though the Hispanic population they are facilitating is competing with the Black population for whom it was originally crafted and approved.
One day the Black population in this country will awake and realize the Liberals used them as pawns.

If Obama made congress put legislation through instead of using EOs, his legacy would NOT be crumbling before him.
He let democrats in congress off the hook by issuing them. They saw he would do an E.O so they didn't want to put the skin in the game needed to pass real legislation.
Republicans didn't make it easy. However, if Democrats fought harder, they could have gotten Republicans to move and compromise on some issues like everyone is supposed to do. They may stick on certain issues, but they would have moved on others.
As it is Obama saw his E.Os reversed by Trump

He (Obaminable) also saw this EO's being shit-canned by the Courts.
On the other hand....Trump is seeing his being upheld.*

Yeah, like ordering a larger force to the US border than currently in Afghanistan.
That’s the ticket!
Jeez.

Loved how she really leaned into that southern accent when she emphasised completely irrelevant points.
