On a different note of the same topic... I was able to talk to the provider I was suppose to see and resolved the issue. Apparently, I said something that she took as me canceling the appointment. She assumed I was canceling via the comment I had said because she was a few min late coming in as she just finished with another customer. Her being upset with me thinking i was canceling coupled with me being upset for thinking she was canceling on me probably didn't help but exacerbate the problem and only heightened the frustration of the lack of ability to communicate effectively. So, thought I'd clear that up and give apology where apology is due and inform you fine gentlemen that it was my fault more than anything.
