Should the amps be open 24/7 or should they close say at 3am and open at 8am to let the ladies rest. The reason why I asked was one of my regulars had a date in the middle of last night and she was way off her game this morning. How much business could there be at that time of night?

Based only on the fact that I’ll never personally see the inside of an AMP after midnight, I think closing 12a-9a would be ok. There are many who will disagree I’m sure, but I think the overall quality of life for the girls and quality of session for us would increase.

Relates to the discussion on the other thread (in which you raised several good points), but I’ve recently seen the same impact locally in a spa open 10a-5a, the day after she had curtain calls morning, noon, night and wee hours.

Surprisingly a lot of people show up after 2 am. I'm currently dating an AMP girl that is due to retire soon, and she says many times she has considered working at an AMP in another state where they close ar a reasonable hour. The business in Dallas is a real meat grinder. We need to start treating these ladies better.

exactly.. just like every other business, its customers adapt to the posted hours.

I think closing from 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. is reasonable.. at least 6 hours closed.. 7:00 a.m gives a horny morning Monger a shot before work. and from my perspective, a lot of that money that comes between 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. is not good money. meaning the ladies pay a big price in lack of sleep and rowdy customers.

shift closing from 3:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. if that works better.

Sleep deprivation is associated with depression, dissociative disorders, hallucination, and in extreme cases, psychosis. I’ve seen a few otherwise high-performance AMP girls transform into complete zombies in high-volume 24-hour settings.

Good points about the girls being tired after doing an extremely late night session and having to be up early next morning to start over. But one wonders why all the ladies have to work all the hours a place is open. Why cannot they work shifts like most other businesses. One group opens up the day and another group closes the place down.

That could be a good angle, but its difficult when a provider gets famous and people come at all hours of the day/night requesting them specifically. The emo could always say they are not available, but then they'd likely be turning away business.

Easier if they just closed for 6 to 7 hours and forced us to adapt for the health and sanity of the girls we all like so much.

It is unlikely that the emos will voluntarily try something that is likely to cut into the bottom line. Most see the girls as a commodity to be exploited. That's why the ladies move about so much - the emo doesn't allow them to set their own hours or not following a strict rotation for walk-in traffic.

I assumed the AMP's have girls that work day shift and night shift. This is why I never request a certain girl and go with who is available at the time. I think that's why I've never seen Joy at Jade, I think she works late and I generally go early in the day.

Never been at Nagoya but i doubt it is different by much from other places. Girls come and go faster than the weather is changing. No mgmt can push them if they do not want to. Most bigger establishments like bali or pearls have noninternet providers that usually work the night shifts. The popular ones work out deals for limited work hours , they are busy anyway. I know because i tried to book and was told such and such is not working past 10 , so much for being overworked by emo all night.emos are greedy but not stupid to oose customers. Most girls in this job want to make a lot of money faster, so they wil try to work harder than they can handle it. I would atribute at least half of the bad mood sessions to hangover and party fatigue from a previous karaoke night at a male strip club or a casino night. These girls live in the fast lane. It is always risky to check out a new girl.i tip the emos and that helped me a lot, until now. I mean no offense, but I do not buy the exploited girls story. Js.
