Some things are let go and perhaps behind the scene PM's with suggestions are made but out and out disrespect, bullying, and harassment shouldn't be and never was 'tolerated.' Points are a reminder that an err was made and that it has to stop, if not, if it doesn't, a vacation is arranged.
