FISA Warrant Applications Declassified
.
Quote:
Statement from the Press Secretary
Issued on: September 17, 2018
At the request of a number of committees of Congress, and for reasons of transparency, the President has directed the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of Justice (including the FBI) to provide for the immediate declassification of the following materials: (1) pages 10-12 and 17-34 of the June 2017 application to the FISA court in the matter of Carter W. Page; (2) all FBI reports of interviews with Bruce G. Ohr prepared in connection with the Russia investigation; and (3) all FBI reports of interviews prepared in connection with all Carter Page FISA applications.
In addition, President Donald J. Trump has directed the Department of Justice (including the FBI) to publicly release all text messages relating to the Russia investigation, without redaction, of James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Bruce Ohr.

In other news, the FBI announced that they have no records of any FISA warrants described below:
(1) pages 10-12 and 17-34 of the June 2017 application to the FISA court in the matter of Carter W. Page; (2) all FBI reports of interviews with Bruce G. Ohr prepared in connection with the Russia investigation; and (3) all FBI reports of interviews prepared in connection with all Carter Page FISA applications.
Rest assured that the FBI's top IT backup recovery specialist is diligently working on the problem. He comes to the FBI after a long career at the IRS ...

will the DOJ & FBI drag their feet on this... now that the game is up. they'll have to produce or risk having an egg on their faces.
now they congress would have no choice but to order a special counsel to investigate the FBI.

" FBI top backup and recovery specialist " . Iszat the same one, under Odummer, that " recovered " those 30,00 ( YES THIRTY THOUSAND !!!! , FOR THE LYING LIBERALS IN THE FORUM ) that shrilLIARy and her State Department minions attempted to destroy/hide and she made a " joke " about " wiping " a disc with rag ????? Between, of course, her STAGGERING to a van with Secret Service Agents HELPING her into the van ( which is a testament to the strength of " vintage " DINGLEBERYY wine , which, before I get " pointed ", was a topic that Yssup rider introduced the the NEW, PC-lets-not-offend-ANYONE forum). She's the " Foster Brooks " of modern day politicians ! Wasn't that " specialist
referred to that job by : shrilLIARy and the DISBARRED AND IMPEACHED sexual predator Slick Willie clinton foundation ? That same-self " foundation " that paid for the " dossier " that started the " Russian collusion" , LYING LIBERAL-lets-defend-shrilLIARY-til -the-statute-of-limitations-runs-out that hasn't AND WON'T IMPEACH OUR PRESIDENT THAT WON THE 2016 ELECTION AND [B] DIDN'T SMASH a TV WITH A WINE[/B ] BOTTLE UPON HEARING OF HIS VICTORY Im jus AXIN'......

How long have the FBI/DOJ been refusing to comply with congressional orders to hand stuff over, and no one's been fired, let alone punished?

The Dems are shitting in their pants.
This is a lot like when one of those high dollar "madams" gets arrested and the cops get her "black book".
Every polititian and judge in town is worried if his name is in there.
Keep in mind. None of this was ever supposed to be of any worry because there was never any doubt that Hillary was going to be the next President.

Under Trump that might be about to change. He'll just start firing people until someone won't defy him rather than lose their job. or just replace the Director of the FBI and the AG with some people who will comply as they are required to do.
i can hear the Dems and the media now ... "Tyrant! Bully! Dictator!"

garhkal, waco made my point.
at some point there's a red line that can't be crossed. more firings is likely if orders are not followed. and donald doesn't like to be trifled with.
time to break out the popcorn!!! .
