Noob here need therapeutic advice

(Rochester) I'm completely new to all of this. I am a single, professional male, fit, well groomed, and good looking. I usually have no problem dating, but I hurt my back a few months ago, and my Dr. put me on an antidepressant that helps back pain. Good news, the med seems to help, a lot. Bad news, no libido, no self esteem, afraid of my ability to function in a relationship that becomes sexual. I am considering finding a provider to actually see if I can "perform", and if I'm having difficulty as I suspect, someone who work with me to overcome this terrible side effect.
I'm not sure where to start, if I should try an AMP, or a private provider who is more personable and understands my situation. I'm not verified anywhere, I don't even know how to get started with that. I guess I am looking for a "therapist" of sorts, so I can get some self confidence back and re-enter the dating pool. I am also extremely apprehensive of this whole experience, but I need to do something...

there really aint other pills to help you in the same family. most everythin will either make you not nut. limp. er unable to keep hard. that's how it goes. had me on all kinds of shit after marines. finally chose to grit teeth n bear it. take ibuprofen. keep up on fitness. stretch. it helps. built a sauna in my house. helps lots. hot tub when you can. swim if you can. when i'm with escort with hot tub i get in with jets on back between rounds. i tip for usin all their towels lol.
