I wonder what reviews tomorrow’s John McCain tributes will get.

I'm waiting for Bob Dole. War hero, husband, public servant, disabled veteran, and failed presidential candidate. Better be the same treatment by the media and democrats.

McCain really didn't do much until the end when he gave a middle finger to his party because it was tearing his country apart. His medical problem helped him to become more sympathetic towards having any kind of healthcare plan, even the imperfect Obamacare, for sick Americans.

So much for the middle finger. His medical problem did only one thing and that was kill him. Being sympathetic is only valuable when you're alive and viable where it touches others. McCain had many years to project that. He even had two chances to be president. Although he was elected many times to the senate his political career was mediocre at best. Throughout life we make friends and we have enemies, we savor our victories and learn from defeat. If we're lucky we'll touch and inspire a few soles along the way, that's all we can do. That's all life really is. Now let this guy rest in peace.

You are dumb. This man made a lot of friends and not too many enemies, even his adversaries respected him moral compass. He didn't let the Viet Cong break him and in fact took the most beatings and still offered confidence and encouragement to his fellow POWs. He was a humble loser in the presidency race and even defended Obama and called him a decent family man and citizen. He accumulated even more respect from the American people, even people he has never met or didn't like his politics or his party, after going against his own party and protecting the healthcare of other citizens. He did touch and inspire people in his life. I bet you money that his last acts of humanity and decency will continue to spark interest in his life and will encourage young and old alike to participate in the political process and fight for what they believe in.

You’ve called him “yellow” numerous times.

Please explain why.

They didn't kill McCain because he was an asset to them. I mean he did several propaganda videos for the VC.
