I think the more pressing question is if a provider can attempt to upcharge can we request a refund if they don't serve the full Ros.

For the record this is tounge in cheek and I'm not trying to commit social suicide with that post but it does bring about a rule of fairness amongst the partnership you enter into with each client. Also if there's some sort of hidden menu like at Starbucks for a provider why not just be up front and put it out there. Like all premium options for all service industries I have a specific set of things I do and if it's not something available from a provider I actually don't set up a meeting. Just like I don't go to McDonald's for pasta. Give that a try and see how akward that gets. Go to a car wash and ask where their frozen food isle is. Swing into your local best buy and try to order a pizza. My point is upselling really is sorta a paradox I don't get and that sure makes me feel stupid to discuss and even more akward about an already delicate situation to begin with. Disclaimer and the one instance that I personally have circumvented this mentality: video or photos during a meeting. Special request and not something most provider will feel ok with for any and everyone as a good amount of trust and personal history can come into play. Offering that as a buckshot service can make you pornhub famous which I can completely understand not really being ok with.

Lol nailed it on the head there. Additionally I don't often grab copious amounts of extra cash to have laying around in case of upsell. Also forcasting exact hidden menu prices isn't my super power.

I expect that's probably why the info is not always readily given. They (or in some cases more to the point, those making the rules for them) know some guys won't come if they know there are upcharges for this and that. So rather than losing out on the whole donation at least they get that from you, and if they can extract an upcharge on top of it, great.

Once again, I have no issue with upcharges as long as they are specified clearly up front so that anyone who wishes to avoid providers who have them can do so. But also once again, check the review I posted earlier for an example of how jacked up it can get when that doesn't happen.

Up charges after setting up a date (or even worse, during playtime) is sleazy!! No doubt!!

But... over time, all commodities increase in value/price.
I remember $300/hr rates as far as ASPD dates back to... ‘99 - 2000. So anybody who argues that $300 rates (or up to $500 for exquisite quality) is out of line, simply isn’t very exxxperienced!

The key word is ANYWHERE. Any forum, public or private. If someone insults you to your face or behind your back they have still insulted you and that is that.

Also, a special call-out for those who may have participated in such behavior prior to the day this notice goes live: You can consider this an early Christmas present for you. You are being given a golden opportunity to stop insulting, targeting, or harassing other members and participate in harmony with the diverse folks that make up this community.
Should anyone not take this notice seriously and continue to display behaviors that have been prohibited on this site since Day 1, I'm afraid you won't be able to get by for very long flying under the radar without consequence or reprimand.

We have always intended this site to be a place everyone can come and participate, any gender, all walks of life, to seek and receive information pertaining to their search for fun and successful encounters. Staff wishes to issue an apology that the rapid growth of the site seemed to throw us off in some areas from keeping this aspect of the vision alive.
