Telling is the "unclear" path Melania's folks took to get their U.S. citizenship. Seems like they got their green cards in February ... I guess the rules don't apply to members of Ava Braun's family.

Melania Trump’s parents take citizenship oath in New York City

The parents of first lady Melania Trump have become citizens, an attorney representing the family confirmed to POLITICO on Thursday.

Viktor and Amalija Knavs took the oath of citizenship Thursday in New York City, the attorney said.

The route the couple took to citizenship remains unclear. Michael Wildes, the family’s attorney, has declined to comment on the process, but he said in February that they had become permanent residents and were on track to naturalize.

The Knavs’ immigration status has drawn scrutiny amid President Donald Trump’s sustained attack on legal and illegal immigration.

The president in particular has vented about the family-based immigration system, which the administration dubs “chain migration.”

“CHAIN MIGRATION must end now!” Trump tweeted in November after a fatal attack in Manhattan allegedly perpetrated by an Uzbek immigrant. “Some people come in, and they bring their whole family with them, who can be truly evil. NOT ACCEPTABLE!”

Wildes said in a 2016 letter that Melania Trump sponsored herself for a green card as a model of "extraordinary ability" and became a lawful permanent resident in March 2001.

The Associated Press, which first reported on the Knavs’ naturalization, said they arrived and left the ceremony Thursday accompanied by Department of Homeland Security officers.

Perhaps they were also able to prove they could support themselves without welfare benefits, also. So I can understand why that would be "unclear" to you!

Rich, healthy immigrants who do not receive handouts and instead pay taxes and vote Republican are what we need.

The democrats want poor immigrants to come vote for more Democrats. They display false empathy for poor refugees in their craven efforts to gain political power so they can get to a point they permanently takeover the country and completely ruin it.

That's why they did in South Texas for years! Still do to a degree.

In Bexar County (San Antonio) they had block captains who would have the locals gathered to load up on vegetable trucks to take them to the polls with a paper in Spanish telling them for whom to vote. After voting they were taken to a public (taxpayer paid) park where they were rewarded with beer and tamales.

The "park parties" only came every couple of years. They candidates wouldn't even show up and thank them. Beer and tamales! No jobs. No improvements.

Since from all i've read, THEY WERE HEAR legally, went through the proper steps etc, i have NO issue what so ever with them earning their citizenship.
