TRUMP SHOULD IGNORE THE JUDGE? What do you suggest, BONE COLLECTOR, that he holes up in the WH with a cache of guns?

You are ridiculous and nothing remotely resembling a law-abiding citizen!

They should come take your squirrel rifle away.

He won’t be able to ignore the judge that puts him out of our misery!

yes he can. DACA is an executive order that can be terminated at any time.

Obama ignored a judges order several times. The DOJ was called on the carpet for it and ordered to implement several programs. Don't know if they did.

Ahhh so now it's all about the power of the Executive Branch?

When they subpoena him, will he ignore it?

When they indict him, will he ignore it?

When they convict him, will he ignore it?

They'll find him in Contempt of America.

the article was written in march 2018. as you can, the proposal went nowhere. its now August.

it makes no mention of the Texas case which was revived to challenge the other 2 Pro-DACA cases.

a classic example of legislating from the bench. but in this case, it's not even legislation. from the article .. which of course is written with a liberal slant but even liberals know the truth .. even if they won't speak it ..

"DACA is controversial. It’s a constitutionally questionable executive order from the Obama era, which many have argued is a violation of separation of powers."

so U.S. District Judge John "Liberal Jackass" Bates thinks he can implement non-existing legislation based on an executive order that is solely the right of the President to issue?

hahahahahahahaahaa

I would love to have seen trump tell that judge "Make me!".. BUT i am glad that sessions' is appealing it all the way up to the scotus. to ONCE AND FOR ALL, rule on whether DACA was unconstitutional or not.

Just curious. Are the thousands and thousands of kids that have been smuggled into the Country since President Obama issued the DACA Executive Order also part of the program.

Where does it end?

Of course you would.

Don’t you ever get tired of taking the path of lawlessness?

You can't? Then why are you arguing that odumbo's EOs are legally binding and trump's aren't?

And how many holes do you take it in, oinkboy?
