I agree, the little employee did a good job trying to diffuse the battle, but the Thief wasn't having it, and the employee had no choice but to defend herself. I think the Security Officer did what he could, LOL.. while it looks like he wasn't doing shit, he, too, could have been tossed around by the Mountain Bitch.. at least he was smart enough to understand the concept of self-preservation!
