MECHANIC NEEDED ASAP
OK SO HERE GOES. A COUPLE WEEKS AGO I HAD A WRECK AND IT MESSED UP MY CONDENDOR FOR MY AC. IT SHOOTS THE FREON BACK OUT. I HAVE HAD A FEW PEOPLE TELL ME THEY WERE GOING TO HELP, BUT IT ALWAYS GOES ONE OF TWO WAYS. EITHER THEY WANT TO DO IT TO GET CLOSE TO ME, OR THEY DONT FIX THINGS ON PURPOSE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OR TO HAVE ME COME BACK TO GET IN MY FACE AND TRY TO SHOOT THEIR SHOT SO TO SPEAK. WELL IT HASNT HAPPEND YET. WITH IT BEING SO DAMN HOT I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO WORK DURING THE DAY UNTIL A COUPLE DAYS AGO WHEN I GOT AN INCALL. (HAD TO TAKE CARE OF MOM DURING CHEMO SO HAVENT HAD THE MONEY REALLY TO TAKE A CHANCE ON GETTING ROOM UNLESS I HAD A FOR SURE CLIENT). SO NO WORKING DURING THE DAY AND NOT HAVING INCALL TOOK A HUGE CHUNK OF MY INCOME AWAY. NOW WITH IT BEING SO CLOSE TO SCHOOL STARTING, HAVING AN INCALL HASNT TURNED OUT TO BE AS PROFITABLE AS I NEED. WELL NOT ONLY THAT MY BRAKE PADS IN THE FRONT ARE GOING OUT, AND MY FUEL INJECTORS ARE MESSING UP, I THINK ITS THE VALVE COVER OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. ANYWAY, IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO WOULD BE WILLING TO COME CHECK THINGS OUT FOR ME, AND POSSIBLY HELP ME OUT. IM WILLING TO PAY OR BARTER SERVICES, OR BOTH, BUT I CANT AFFORD TO PAY FULL PRICE LIKE I WOULD GOING TO A SHOP, WELL I MEAN I MIGHT BUT I HAVENT TRIED TO TAKE MY CAR TO ONE YET. MOSTLY BECAUSE PEOPLE KEEP SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO HELP AND DONT.I HAD TO MOVE TWICE IN THE PAST 6 WEEKS AS WELL, SO ITS BEEN EXTREMELY HARD FOR ME TO COME UP FINANCIALLY AT ALL. IM NOT LOOKING FOR A HAND OUT JUST A LITTLE DISCOUNT SO TO SPEAK. ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. I NEED THIS TO BE ASAP CUZ I CAN FEEL WHEN I DRIVE THAT MY CAR IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE AND ITS ABOUT TO GIVE OUT PROBABLY.

I have had a few people tell me they were going to help, but it always goes one of two ways: Either they want to do it to get close to me, or they don't fix things on purpose to take advantage or to have me come back to get in my face and try to shoot their shot so to speak.
Well it hasn't happened yet. With it being so damn hot I haven't been able to work during the day until a couple days ago when I got an incall. (I had to take care of mom during chemo so haven't had the money really to take a chance on getting room unless I had a for-sure client.) So no working during the day and not having an incall took a huge chunk of my income away. Now with it being so close to school starting, having an incall hasn't turned out to be as profitable as I need.
Well, not only that, my brake pads in the front are going out, and my fuel injectors are messing up, I think its the valve cover or something like that.
Anyway, is there anyone out there who would be willing to come check things out for me, and possibly help me out. I'm willing to pay or barter services, or both, but I cant afford to pay full price like I would going to a shop, well I mean I might but I haven't tried to take my car to one yet. Mostly because people keep saying they are going to help and don't. I had to move twice in the past 6 weeks as well, so its been extremely hard for me to come up financially at all. I'm not looking for a hand out just a little discount so to speak. Any help is greatly appreciated. I need this to be ASAP because I can feel when I drive that my car is getting worse and worse and it's about to give out probably.

I have almost zero mechanical skill, but I think I was able to make your post easier for others to read. I wish you luck.

Maybe temporarily utilize uber or lyft and save up to get the car fixed.

I give the best mechanical advice on this board and it’s not even close:
1) This isn’t the place to get your car repaired on- tradewise, barterwise, discountedwise, whateverwise...Talk to people in the area you live for a local mechanic shop, not some fucking shadetree who does shit on the side from home. A real shop, with a real owner who documents what was done, how much was charged (parts & labor), and PAY THE FUCK ATTENTION TO THIS NEXT POINT - What is the warranty you will have on the repair in fucking Black & White on the repair ticket...The repair ticket is YOUR LEGAL DOCUMENT if the repairs were shotty and he doesn’t want to make it right and you have to take him to court.
2) Once you decide on someone to LOOK (notice I didn’t say repair the car) at your car, called diagnosing & estimating the needed repairs, give the service advisor there the list of everything you need looked at without telling him straightout that you want this fixed because this what your douchebag brother or neighbor said it needs. Tell the man what is going wrong, when and how often? Let them do their job
3) After you give him the entire list ask him how much to diagnose & estimate the needed repairs only and this should be all you would owe him if you decline the repairs and possibly may want a 2nd opinion. Certain things like estimating how much brake pad wear you have left, visually checking for fluid leads may not need a diagnostic charge because they are easy to spot. Things like running problems, electrical problems, dye checking Freon systems or oil leaks can involve diagnostic charges that may or may not be applied toward the repair, depends.
4) Once he diagnoses the problems ask him to PRIORITIZE what should be done first and why? It is a complete waste of money to replace an Air Conditioning Condenser (you misspelled that above) if the car runs shitty (which you have stated it is) and is not reliable to get you from Point A to Point B, which is what a car is designed for, the other shit might need to wait...The most important things fixed first!!!
5) You may need to decide if this vehicle is worth putting a lot of money into it? It may be best just to go to a Note Lot (another term for a Used Car dealer that self-finances the payments for you, it doesn’t go thru a bank)...The problem with that is with a Used Car you don’t know what you are marrying into with it, how was it taken care of, how did the Car Lot end up with it, etc...? Most used car lots get their cars from dealer auctions and these are usually the New Car Dealership trade-in rejects deemed too old, too problematic or not enough profit to be made by them selling it on their Used Car Lot...The best way to buy a used car is to whittle it down to ONE you like and could afford, get the Sellers permission to take it to an Independent repair shop and have them do a PreBuy inspection on it, it is just a front to back visual lookover of the vehicle and a roadtest to let you know what kind of shape it’s in. They make catch that it looks like it was in an accident for instance, but they don’t have a crystal ball to tell you what may go wrong in the future and they shouldn’t get into telling you if it’s worth the selling price, that’s for you to decide thru research like NADA car guide, also known as the Kelly Blue Book, google it if you are buying a used car!!!
6) Take your pussy out of the equation, YOU ARE ASKING FOR TROUBLE if you don’t.
7) Remember this saying, “The Ultimate Car repair is that monthly car payment on a new or used vehicle”...In other words if the vehicle you have is worth fixing even a little at a time then that can be better than a 3 or more year car payment....See # 8!!!
8) THE KEY is if you pay to fix the car you have now is determining if you will be able to get this investment out of it by keeping it on the road.

Fixing things are my hobby
I come from a family of mechanics.
Let me first say the AC condenser must be replaced if it’s leaking.
That system is made sealed for life and should never lose freon.
The valve cover has nothing to do with your fuel injectors as it serves only as a cover for the valves and cams that control them. It also keeps engine oil from spilling out the top of the motor and out of the spark plug wells.
The brakes are fortunately the easiest fix. But if they are as bad as you say, not only do you need new pads but also rotors because chances are they are warped and must be resurfaced flat so they can mate perfectly with new pads.
Pm if you need my help but I must warn you that my schedule is busy and time limited
