Look at austin. Expensive restaurants. Overpriced condos. Affluence. There are a lot of rich, childless white people. What happens when these white people slowly disappear? The nice restaurants will close. The overpriced condos won't be able to collect astronomical rents and they'll have to rent to third world parasites living on welfare. Violence will rise. Productivity will stop. The few white people left will have to live far from the hordes of violent criminals scavenging once affluent areas for victims.
