The thread Dr. Grey started is a great tool bearing in mind each person has the responsibility of matching up old and new emails and personas.
I advise each lady to set up her own system of verifying old emails with new emails. Essentially re-verifying when a new email is provided.
One example: Ask for an email from the new email AND a courtesy copy (cc) from the old email at the same time. Or visa versa. Or a PM listing the new email and old email.
The reverse applies as well. If a client receives an email from a lady who is using a brand new email address, he must ensure it's really her.
A new "encrypted email" isn't inherently safe. And when one is posted here it's easy to closely copy it and trick someone.
Examples:
SinfulDeliveries@Protonmail.ch
SinfullDeliveries@Protonmail.c h
BeautifulDreamers@Protonmail.c h
BeautifulDreamerz@Protonmail.c h
Jane.J.Jones@SafeOffice.com
JaneJ.Jones@SafeOffice.com
If someone is in a hurry, or viewing on a small device/screen or lets their guard down, yes, things can go wrong.
ANYONE can make new emails and like Dr. Grey mentioned, this site has its fair share of impersonators.
My advice is for everyone to vet EVERY email and every contact and assume nothing.
