Banning 18 - 20 yr olds is a mistake, our government is causing the trafficking they want to stop

I'm hearing rumblings that providers 18 - 20 will no longer be allowed on Eccie, which I think is bad as certain populations of legal-aged escorts who seek to help or finance themselves will now have to rely on other older providers or other people to advertise them to prospective clients.

Such a situation will be easily abused and will cause more problems then this proposed law will supposedly fix. This law really won't fix anything, it will be exploited for political gain but that is besides the point. Now young providers will need to be essentially pimped out to do any kind of work in this industry.

In the midst of other sites shutting down this site seems to be making adjustments to try to find a way to remain viable and a resource two members of the community.

Isn't that what should actually be embraced here?

It is a bummer, and indeed the law will cause more harm than good, but as far as site policy goes its a preferable alternative to disappearing entirely.
