With the demise or restructuring of adult sites lately it is very important that hobbyists and providers supply each other with other forms of contact IN CASE this site gets in the crpssfires too.

Everyone should be aware that "big brother" is trying to ruin our adult fun..now this site may be safe....but a good girl/boy scout always prepares for whatevver may come.

Craiglist personals section is down and specifically mentions the legislation for example.

Cityvibe is down

At least one sugar daddy site is down.

It's time to compile your old school black book ladies and gents.

There's no guarantee that every site will stay safe, let alone this site continuing to exist long term.

Lots of jargon for legal teams to go through before deciding to fight or not.

BP is still up, but they're specifically being targeted and are surely going to try to challenge the legislation just out of spite.

I'd also clear your inbox and outbox here in case they suddenly shut the site down. Who knows what big brother can find if they figure out a way to seize the site.

Leave it to the John President to sign this BS...

+1... I, for one, have been seriously considering removing my profiles before its done 'for me' by Uncle Sam... I think I already have alternate contact info for most of my favorite friends, but its kinda getting to a now or never point for the rest. And Dallas, look for a PM from me. I'd just like to keep in touch because you are the coolest of the cool, lady!

Take down everything you can if you feel the need to, but realize mods may not be actively removing profiles, etc. since there has been no word about the future of the site thus far and all.

Yes, it is indeed time to panic. I know you're joking and don't think this is important but for the women on this site that depend on these advertising sites, it is an incredibly stressful time right now.

Sex workers have always been known for our resiliency but it doesn't mean we aren't also scared that our income is disappearing one by one. I'm sure if your job was on the line you'd be experiencing a sense of urgency.

I started with a simple personal dancecard list once upon a time ago. There's been additions over time and amusingly, there's several not on the active dancecard list any longer but are still on an xmas and birthday card list.
A couple have even made it to the civie birthday and xmas card list.

A few things to consider ...

Removing profiles, ads, reviews here or elsewhere doesn't mean that archival engines such as Google will cloak any of that.

In fact, Google and FaceBook and other internet biggies will fight the feds on the 230 section changes.

Also, recall that the hobby as we know it only came into being in 1999.

The "biz" has been around for many years prior ... centuries, in fact.

Plenty of ways to stay in touch and to get new folks to touch for folks who know where to look. And more being created even as I type these words.
