Intelligence PR Firm Gets Caught in Leak Trap – WaPo Runs Story of McMaster Firing…

Posted on March 15, 2018 by sundance

The leaks are real; the news is fake. That’s the underlying dynamic behind ‘Black Hat Hunting’.
The PR Firm for the corrupt U.S. intelligence apparatus known as The Washington Post, runs a story about H.R. McMaster being fired tonight.

The Washington Post quotes “five people with knowledge of the plans”.

Except there’s a problem, there are no plans.

No plans except to entrap staff and intelligence community leakers; likely those five ‘leakers’ are in/around the National Security Council, and they just got caught.
Quote:
WaPo – President Trump has decided to remove H.R. McMaster as his national security adviser and is actively discussing potential replacements, according to five people with knowledge of the plans, preparing to deliver yet another jolt to the senior ranks of his administration.

Trump is now comfortable with ousting McMaster, with whom he never personally gelled, but is willing to take time executing the move because he wants to ensure both that the three-star Army general is not humiliated and that there is a strong successor lined up, these people said. (read more)

McCabe Firing Shows Evidence of IG and Outside Prosecutor Working Together…

Posted on March 18, 2018 by sundance

What has become increasingly visible is the largest political scandal in the history of U.S. government. A political conspiracy at the highest levels of the prior administration and across multiple agencies within the U.S. intelligence apparatus. The scale of corruption being exposed is astounding.

The investigative effort to unravel and bring justice is almost overwhelming. It is also very likely the issues surrounding Andrew McCabe are only just beginning.

Within the response letter from Michael Bromwich, the attorney representing fired FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, you might note the following (emphasis mine):

[…] The investigation described in the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) report was cleaved off from the larger investigation of which it was a part, its completion expedited, and the disciplinary process completed in a little over a week. Mr. McCabe and his counsel were given limited access to a draft of the OIG report late last month, did not see the final report and the evidence on which it is based until a week ago, and were receiving relevant exculpatory evidence as recently as two days ago. (pdf link)

Within the Office of Professional Responsibility guidelines for Attorney Representation you might also note the following (again, emphasis mine):

The majority of OPR investigations are administrative in nature, and employees are not entitled to counsel as a matter of law. However, counsel may be permitted if counsel does not interfere with or delay the interview. Counsel must be actually retained by the employee as his legal representative, not as an observer. Counsel are not permitted access to certain confidential criminal investigative information and may not be permitted access to grand jury information.. (link)

Put both of those statements together, along with the underlying issues that Inspector General Michael Horowitz was investigating, and there’s even more likely evidence of the “outside Washington DC” prosecutor noted in the following statement from Attorney General Jeff Sessions:

… I have appointed a person outside of Washington, many years in the Department of Justice to look at all the allegations that the House Judiciary Committee members sent to us; and we’re conducting that investigation. (read more)

AG’s office confirms this is NOT the IG, but a separate “senior federal prosecutor” outside DC. https://twitter.com/brandon_and_son/...11992049803267

--------------------------------------

I would strongly encourage readers to review the OPR standards –SEE HERE– and also review the information –HERE– to understand the process used by the Office of Inspector General and the Office of Professional Responsibility, as well as the conclusions reached. It is an exhausting process and it is NOT easy to be fired. Not by a long shot.

A few more important points:

♦First, the question: If Jeff Sessions has appointed a prosecutor to work with Inspector General Horowitz, why do congressional reps keep asking for a second special counsel?

The answer is a lot simpler than we might think: They don’t know.

The legislative branch of the government doesn’t know what the criminal investigations are of the executive branch of government; AND AG Jeff Sessions has repeatedly said his intention is to restore the proper, appropriate and professional standards of the U.S. Department of Justice. (ie. no talking about criminal investigations)

Within this specific investigation there is a triple role. ¹A DOJ Inspector General conducting an internal investigation; ² Appropriate congressional oversight; and ³ the collection of evidence that might also be used in criminal indictments.

Within the IG collection of evidence there are two competing issues: #1) Evidence of misconduct and political bias (shared openly with congress and oversight); and #2) evidence of illegal activity (retained from congress to preserve integrity of evidence for later used in criminal proceedings); this is where the “outside DC prosecutor” comes in.

Which brings us to point #2

♦Accusations of DOJ hiding evidence from congress.

Several congressional representatives have stated the information about Judge Rudolph Contreras was not readily know because his association with Peter Strzok was redacted within text messages sent from DOJ to congress. Therefore the DOJ is trying to hide damaging information. That claim is not the correct framework/context.

Congress as a whole (reps, staff and investigators) can go to the DOJ and look at ALL unredacted text messages. However, if congressional staff wish to take copies with them the copies must be redacted. Why? Because, just like the Contreras issue within the Strzok and Page text messages, there’s a possibility specific texts are evidence of a crime.

Go back to December 2nd, 2017, when the first reports of the IG investigative findings were hitting the news media and you’ll note IG Horowitz said he has no issues with congressional oversight getting his investigative evidence with the approval FROM the DOJ. In this example the “prosecutor”, working with Horowitz, has to make a determination if a potential criminal case would be compromised by allowing the release of specific information/evidence gathered by the Inspector General.

♦Lastly, where all this appears to be going. It is not likely there will be a ‘second special counsel’ per se’. With a prosecutor already working with Inspector General Horowitz that person already has a thorough knowledge of all the evidence. As soon as the IG publishes his report, the prosecutor can begin subpoenaing witnesses. It’s more than likely there’s already a Grand Jury seated somewhere hearing the criminal evidence he/she has carved out from the overwhelming IG evidence as collected.

You and I might be frustrated with the pace of the activity for a myriad of righteous reasons. However, we must also remind ourselves of the scale and scope of the corruption here that is inherent within the BIG PICTURE. All of this was done on purpose. None of this was accidental.

The prosecutor could, likely would, be having to outline the biggest political conspiracy in the history of politics. It is entirely possible officials within the CIA, NSA, DOJ, FBI, State Department, ODNI, and national security apparatus along with the Obama White House, Clinton campaign officials, politicians, career bureaucrats and possibly judges are all entwined and involved.

Add into this likelihood the complicit ideological media who will go absolutely bananas about any single member of their team being indicted; and a better than average chance the media will follow instructions from their leadership and send tens-of-thousands of low-info sycophants into the streets in protest, and well… you see the picture.

The left only know one narrative: “Jeff Sessions is doing Trump’s evil bidding.” That’s it. That’s the drumbeat. 24/7/365 That’s the narrative pushed over and over.

Look at their reaction to Andrew McCabe’s simple firing, which Trump had nothing to do with, and think about what their response would be to indictments?…

Sessions makes his move

By J.R. Dunn

Back in 2011, the indomitable Peter Schweizer published Throw Them All Out, a detailed examination of political corruption as it is actually practiced in the halls of Congress.

In his investigation, Schweizer found one single member of Congress against whom no allegations could be held – who had never taken a dime that was not his, had never cut any backroom deals, had never, simply put, played the game.

That individual was Jeff Sessions.

That fact is all you need to know to understand why Donald Trump selected Sessions for the Department of Justice, and why Sessions has followed the course he has in taking on the "Russia collusion" coup effort.

Sessions is the quintessential Eagle Scout. He will follow the rules down to the last subclause and will not make his move until every "t" has been crossed and every "i" dotted.

We saw the first results of this approach last Friday – in dealing with Andrew McCabe, this century's prime example of a "cookie full of arsenic."
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1bMBM_rgwQ

Sessions waited until the FBI's Office of Professional Responsibility (which is run by Assistant Director Candice Will, who was appointed by Robert Mueller, of all people) recommended that McCabe be fired. He then had McCabe officially informed beforehand, following established procedure to the letter.

This comes under the rubric of "strategy," a concept unfortunately foreign to too many active conservatives. A large number of cons recognize only one course of action: a headlong charge against the closest target while howling at the top of their lungs. Not only do they dismiss any more subtle form of action, but they often attack those engaging in it of cowardice or corruption, or of being an "Alinskyite-Obamaist commie stooge" – despite the fact that their kamikaze runs usually end up heading over the nearest cliff.

So it was with Sessions, who has been routinely dismissed as "paid off," being "asleep under his desk," or as "part of the swamp."

Sessions took his time, did things according to the book, and dealt the swamp a good, stiff blow while leaving its denizens little recourse but to throw tantrums in the media, which they have been doing the weekend long. Compare this to all the would-be conservative champions – McCarthy, LeBoutillier, Moore – piled up under the cliff while the leftist monolith trundles on nearly unscathed.

The Eagle Scout strategy does have its drawbacks. It constitutes the reason why Sessions recused himself after being accused of "meeting" (as in "Hello, Dmitri. How are you?") a Russian. As Sidney Falco says in the clip above, "I never thought I'd make a killing on some guy's integrity." But at the same time, it allows Sessions complete freedom of action now, as the endgame begins to take shape.

Look forward to seeing more of this kind of thing as Sessions and the Trump administration as a whole drill deeper into the muck of liberal D.C. At times you will see little, since much of the action will be occurring behind the scenes. But pay close attention to what you can see. You will be witnessing master strategists in action, and much of what they do can be applied to other scenarios similar in nature.

1. Thread time. Let's unpack some news that broke in the past couple hours. It's not a coincidence this news broke a couple days after Andrew McCabe was fired. But this news has vast implications.

2. So today ABC broke the story that Andrew McCabe on his own, opened a criminal investigation into the sitting Atty Gen of the US.
Fired FBI official authorized criminal probe of Sessions, sources say: EXCLUSIVE
Andy McCabe authorized the FBI to investigate whether Sessions misled Congress.
http://abcnews.go.com/amp/US/exclusi...mpression=true

3. This is breath taking. We already know Andrew McCabe was one of the primary conspirators in the plot to illegally spy on, manufacture evidence against, and then impeach a duly elected president using Illegitimate criminally obtained FISA warrants as seudo legal cover.

4. The first implication of this revelation that the Dep Dir of @FBI covertly launched a criminal case against the AG is that the plan to remove this administration was wider than just removing the president. This specifically targeted the DOJ.

5. This investigation was opened at a time before Sally Q Yates was fired. It was In an attempt to stop and failing that remove Jeff Sessions. The ramifications would have been to install one of the conspirators as acting AG: Sally Yates.

6. Sally Yates was actively involved & instrumental in Framing @GenFlynn over legit calls as part of his transition team duties as NATSEC adviser. It's important to remember the person running point on that w Yates was none other than Andrew McCabe.

7. We also know from several verified news reports that preibus, mcgahn & POTUS all asked Yates & McCabe about the Flynn 'case' & were lied to to shut out.

8. Think about this: at the exact time McCabe, Strzok, Yates, Ohr, Page, Preistap, Baker, Comey, Rybicki were *actively* spying on Team Trump via the 702 queries & Carter Page title 1 FISA warrant, they were actively running a case to frame the Attorney General of the US.

9. This is f___ing staggering. They were launching an effort to decapitate via show trials the entire Exec branch.

10. There's more: notice how this news came out THREE BIZ DAYS after mccabes firing but not before? This case isn't still open. Mueller cleared Sessions long ago.
Case Closed: FBI says Sessions didn't have to reveal Russia talks
The FBI has put to bed a controversy whipped up by liberal critics of Attorney General Jeff Sessions over his contacts with foreign officials including Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the 20…
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/c...l-russia-talks

11. Think this all the way through! What outlet broke the news? ABC. Who is the most closely connected network to team obama and the coup? ABC.
Ian Officer Cameron, Susan Rice’s Husband: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know
Ian Officer Cameron, the husband of former National Security Adviser Susan Rice, is a former executive producer with ABC News.
https://heavy.com/news/2017/04/ian-o...otos-producer/

12. This is a calculated smear aimed ENTIRELY at AG Sessions using a huge media outlet that will reach as many normies as possible to paint McCabes firing as revenge by the AG & to cover up the *true* nature of what McCabe did.

13. Think about it: ABC isn't cable. It's basic channel. This smear is gonna run in every American household all week potentially. This is a direct attack by the coup conspirators.

14. These people are scared, and they are going nuclear trying to stop what's coming. Let's explore why:

15. Jeff Sessions had the most arduous confirmation of ANYONE in the trump admin. They smeared the guy who destroyed the Klan in 'bama as a racist & other lies about Russia.

16. The attacks on the AG began during hearing attempting to falsely paint him as a Russian agent. Two senators led the way. Sen Leahy & Sen Franken. By the way, McCabe opened his politically motivated case based on a letter from them.

17. Ask the question: why are Ds in congress & conspirators at FBI so afraid of Jeff Sessions as to go this far? I think the answers have become apparent recently.

18. We found out that @JusticeOIG Horowitz is investigating actions associated w the coup and has been for a while now. We also know that AG Sessions has paired an outside prosecutor to Horowitz.

19. Start at the 1:00 mark and listen *carefully* to what he says:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNTZsRT7he8

20. @tracybeanz & @almostjingo have documented the FBI OPR process for investigations which happen for criminal activity that leads to OPR review of FBI personnel: specifically they found:

21. That OPR *does not* allow legal counsel to FBI personnel under OPR review *unless* they are being reviewed for criminal conduct. McCabe throughout the OPR review, triggered by @JusticeOIG has had Counsel present.

22. McCabe was referred to OPR w recommendation fit firing. OPR investigators determined seperately base on Horowitz's evidence the same result was needed.

23. In other words, OIG Horowitz & OPR people appointed by obama felt McCabes actions so egregious that immediate termination was warranted and Sessions agreed.

24. Earlier today, FBI Director Chris Wray stated unequivocally that all actions at FBI under his leadership would not be politically motivated & would be run by the book. Mccabes termination was setting the example for the rest of the bureau.

25. In waiting for Horowitz& OPR over the course of the past 5 weeks to take these actions following protocols *exactiy* we can see Wray is telling the truth. But two other important facts are now crystal clear:

26. First, Andrew McCabe wasa key player abusing his authority to overthrow a lawfully elected govt, and second the war over who will control the FBI is over. Comey & McCabes faction lost. Wray has total control.

27. It's important to note that the OPR team by mccabes lawyers own statement saw only a FRACTION of the evidence the OIG report amassed. It's also noteworthy that OPR investigationstart coincides w the day Dir Wray relieved McCabe of duties.

28. It's not a coincidence that the disgraced, fired Director & Deputy Director of FBI who were key players in the coup are launching a media counter attack on Horowitz & Sessions the moment McCabe was fired.

29. You'll note that Page, Strzok, Preistap & former FBI Gen Counsel Baker have all been demoted, reassigned & have no duties. Why? Why not fired? This angers a lot of people. The simple answer is: they're not witnesses w deals.

30. The entire time mueller has had key anti trump people under his thumb accomplishing little, Jeff Sessions & OIG Horowitz have been documenting the coup & building criminal cases.

31. Andrew McCabe was permitted a lawyer bc he's almost certainly under indictment; Horowitz has a prosecutor & a grand jury empaneled. The way OPR handled McCabe proves it.

32. Sit back and watch: these media attacks are the death throes of this conspiracy. Breaking McCabe was the beginning. This is well under way.

33. It is important that you remember even though it looks as though nothing is happening, *titanic* moves are being made behind the scenes. This was run & is still being run as a Special Access Program. Until recently it was i acknowledged for good reason.

34. As the news rushed to paint this as a revenge firing and to cover McCabe, expose the lies. As they try to build on it Comey, expose the lies.

35. When you see something that doesn't fit, stop and think about it before reacting.

Fini

please unroll! Thank you!
