Yup he was on top secret probation ( the liberal type )

I would not put that much stock in the story...
I think if the victims would have pressed for charges, the school board could do nothing about it.
The police couldn't do anything because the victims chose not to.
Perhaps the state needs to pursue charges when victims will not.
Does anyone know besides murder, what charges the state can file without the victims consent and what laws regulate those?
Domestic abuse victims often chose not to.file. if the state could file any way, that would reduce domestic violence a lot. NFL players couldn't bribe their victims into not pressing charges.
I believe the instance this story refers to were threats against someone in the house he was living with.
If police can verify a threat was made or if a gun was pointed, perhaps allow them to make an arrest regardless of the victims wishes.

Add to that, libraries now, are often protected by an armed security guard..

Really?!? I'm not seeing it...
My guns seemed well controlled. Probably lazy even. I keep a couple near the bed and various places around the house. All they have do is just set there. They seem like inanimate objects to me. Heck, if it wasn't for me taking them to the rang for practice and then cleaning afterwards, they would be covered in dust.
In fact, they are sooo lazy, I give each one a Demonicrat name. There's Mad Max - named after Maxine 'Madder than a Hatter' Waters, Little Piggy - named after Nancy Piglousy and Shifty - named after Adam 'Looks like a Pedophile' Schiff, Easy Money - named after Hitlery 'Show me Da Money' Clintoon, Cyclops - named after Harry 'Ol One Eyed' Reed and a few others not worth mentioning.
On the upside, thanks for reminding me to make another donation to the NRA today and to fill out their recent survey. Need to get that in the mail today.

All of you that are against gun control should attend the funerals in Florida because you are partly responsible for the massacre.
