the fisa judge doesn't need to be disbarred. He was duped.
point of the memo is that the FBI lied & duped the judge in approving the fisa warrant.

about the memo.
not a whole of lot of is new as thats been leaking like a sieve the past few months.
the only thing that is new in there is 2 names; Boente and Rosenstein.
I'm pretty sure Boente is part of the Obama anti-trump cabal and knew what was going on.
Its Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein I'm trying to figure out. I assume he knew the details of FISA warrant when he signed off on it. Did he understand that the fisa warrant was based on the fake dossier and did he understand that the dossier was fake?
FISA judges. I understand there are a squad of FISA judges on any given day. it appears that the fbi agents were judge shopping until they found one that approved their fisa warrant.
someone said one of the judge recused himself when presented this fisa warrant renewal.
my guess is he must've heard rumors to that the fbi's fisa warrant was dodgy and that he had approved the renewal of previous warrants. this may have raised questions about his judgement over this matter.
now the other matter of fisa renewals by other fisa judges, won't they have something to say about this fact of perjury?
(don't remember where I seen this) I understand that someone (possibly the IG) informed the judge the fisa warrant was introduced to the fisa court as an act of bad faith and the evidence for it was faulty and dodgy (the dossier).

How do we kow he was just duped? AND IF SO, that shows he is a piss poor judge.
Also if that IS THE CASE< then every one of those agents who were speaking to the judge to get the warrant, flat out PERJURED THEMSELVES and should go the hell to jail.

TO me, that practice is BULL SHIT.. NO ONE should be allowed, to shop around till you get a judge who WILL sign your warrant, when 5+ others said "SORRY there's not enough here"...

Right now the Federal Judge who issued the order for the warrant is the key to resolving any issues regarding the decision making in the process. The transcript of the warrant "hearing" and "proceedings" along with the findings in the order will be informative and conclusive .... until the Liberals start claiming they "know what he meant" and began reading the Judge's mind from a year and half ago. In fact some on here assert they can read minds.
I'm not a fan of Wiki for facts, but there are links to statutes imbedded in the text that provide for legal foundations for comments.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United...eillance_Court
Several matters reflect on some of the comments in here ...
The FISA Judges are Federal Judges who were appointed by a President and approved by Congress. As such they must be IMPEACHED by Congress as a Judge. Secondly, there are procedures in place for 3rd parties to file briefs regarding applications ... and an appeal process to review granting or denials of requests. Additionally, there are rules about "shopping" for a judge and finally few requests are denied.
I doubt a Federal judge would be "disbarred" or "impeached" for making an unpopular discretionary decision based on the "evidence" presented to them on an application.

Speculating about what people were thinking or doing is fun but is not productive to discovering the facts. Page or anyone whose conversations were intercepted by the eavesdropping can file a civil suit and through the discovery process obtain the information (documents) .... from start to finish. It will be a struggle to get the documents from the various agencies, but the process should begin now. This is where Sessions and Trump will earn their keep.

You don't need any facts to write an opinion. Which was what they did.

Parrots don't. They just repeat what they hear!
To some people: "The Sun rises in the East" is an "opinion"!
Depending on who says it! That would be you!
Wait until the transcripts start surfacing, little parrot.
Then you can squawk to your "BB" brain's delight.

That will depend on how many former cabinet members and FBI supervisors and management want to fall on a SWORD instead of telling the truth. Obaminable has a problem or two.
"The buck stops _________________!"
Here's a potentially insightful question:
Does a former chairperson of a House committee conducting an investigation into political figures have a conflict of interest in being appointed the "special prosecutor" to indict and convict those same political figures?

You really need to shut up. It's astonishing how ignorant you are. The memo is chock-full of facts. Did you even read it? Facts can be juxtaposed to support a narrative. That doesn't mean they're not facts. Just once, try to say something intelligent, ok chimpboy?

That's interesting - where did you read that?
I have heard they approve 98% of all FISA requests. That sounds high, but remember most of the applications involve possible U.S. terrorism, and no judge wants to be the guy who stopped the FBI from stopping a terrorist attack on American soil.

If your appointed FBI head tells you not to release it because it has been cherry picked, facts omitted , and is inaccurate. Then it is an opinion piece chimp boy.
Want something intelligent? You are one dumb fuck.
