I don't think tax cuts are the problem. Taxing people into prosperity has never worked. The proof of that is the State of Illinois ,which is one of the most heavily taxed States in the country. Property taxes are in the top five highest in the nation and the state is going bankrupt. People are leaving Illinois by the thousands every year. The problem is corruption. Illinois is a Blue state and the most corrupt State now. Chicago will be another Detroit if they aren't careful.
