Alternative screening for newbies
What is the standard screening process for new comers
I have not a clue how to go about being screened for a provider and want to make sure I don’t just give my info to someone with negative intentions
I have a few providers already in mind . I figured they are probably not going to feel like explaining the process .

Find a newbie friendly provider. I believe there is a stickied list at the top of co-ed. Post reviews after every newbie friendly provider until you've got a good enough rep that the average girl feels safe enough.
And you're absolutely right to not want to give out personal info. Never ever do that, not even sending a picture.
It's not exactly the answer to your question but screening is such an individual process that you really are better off just reaching out to the providers in question with a PM. If they're worth seeing they won't give you a hassle over asking about screening requirements so long as you're professional about it.

To the OP: this won't directly answer your question,
but it is a helpful exercise:
If you were going to lock yourself in a room with a stranger, and there was a small but real chance that they were
(1) a bail-bondsman looking to drag you away for jumping bail, or
(2) a psycotic serial killer
what would YOU want to know that would make you fee safe seeing them?
It is pretty much the same with the ladies. See it from their side and you will be in a better position to navagate the screening process.

There is no standard. Each provider has her own method. They will tell you once you inquire.
Stick to the Newbie Friendlies initially (see stickie on top of Co-ed)
or get verified through preferred411 and build an OK base there.
Have FUN, Stay Safe, y'all

That's their problem -- and part of the reason they make $200-300 per hour -- and not yours.
Start with the one's that don't screen rigorously and work up from there.
Giving out your personal info is asking for trouble, if not today then tomorrow.

Does anyone here actually know where the term "screening" the clients came from?
Years ago, long before my time, providers used to take a small piece of hardware store screening and wrap it around the potential customer's dick. If any whitish-yellow, or yellow-brown pus would pass through the screen, it was a fail. No session.
Today, only a few of the older providers continue this screening process. And they are some of the safest providers out there.

Not sure what set you off today.
If the two people are trying to come up with a mutually agreable set of screening criteria so they both feel safe, then it certainly IS both of their concern.
If a lady is lax enough that she runs into LE problems and tbey turn her, that IS his problem.
And at no time did I advocate giving out any specific info, so I am not sure where that part of your comment came from.
I still contend that if a new guy thinks it through from her perspective it puts him in a better position to understand what info he can offer as part of screening that HE is comfortable with, and SHE may consider acceptable. In any negotiation,
which is what this is, it helps to understand what the other person might see as an acceptable end state.
I really don't understand your issue with what I said.

Several possibilities for the o.p. and most of the rest of us to consider. All terms below are mine, not formal hobby terms.
-- Providers with a "whole cloth" screening process almost always outline that in their profile, and reiterate in ads and signatures. Almost always ask for vouches from other providers.
-- P411 linked providers use that as a base to connect with clients, outlining what criteria they require, such as recent vouches, etc.
-- "newby access" and "strict process" providers range from elementary data requests on up to and possibly asking for photo i.d., workplace phone contact, even "Facetime" phone calls. Or in person public place mini Meet and Greets.

How the hell does a meet and greet do any good? Are you going to be able to tell if he’s a cop? Is he going to tell you? Are you going to take one look at him and know that he’s a rapist? Nope, nope, and nope.

Nothing "set me off." I disagreed with your post. Must one be "set off" to disagree with one of your posts?
You used a really cheap rhetorical device there, an ad hominem derivative. I find it offensive. I always thought that sort of thing beneath you.

How does a public mini meet and greet work? ( Not CK's events) I mean, it's great if you decide that you wanna go to a boom boom room and do the boom boom - but what happens if you don't like the guy --or girl? What do you then? Have a friend call you with a made up emergency? And then get the hell out of there. Or pretend you are getting sick and have to go to the Dr. immediately and run out the door?
Inquiring minds want to know.
