OK, I have come to the decision that I'm going to start playing Alanis Morrisettes song "uninvited " when I go to the bathroom. Before you even try to say "She is stupid for wanting to bring it up in court " I will explain some of the legal issues involved with a civil matter and " defamation of character ". First of civil lawsuits and criminal cases are to completely legal issues. There is a lot more hard evidence that is needed in a criminal case verse a civil case. As a provider I'm consider a type of "self-branding" and by falsely accusing someone of something like that the accuser is hurting my brand. Now a judge/court might slightly frown upon the fact that I am a provider but the evidence of this thread, if I choose to use it, over-wieghs that issue due to my "brand" is being hurt to such proven false allegations.

Did you ask him about it or automatically assume that he was part of whatever conspiracy theory you think is going on with your life? I'm just pointing out where he might have found your number (that you claimed isn't posted anywhere). Fyi, you also have a number posted on your FB screenshots, though I think those pics are more recent than last Tuesday.
