Its a mathematical cypher.. but I will warn you, just from what I've worked out so far.. there are some shifts in places that there aren't normally shifts. Not sure if it is intentional or simple math error.. but they're there.

There is one glaring spelling error in the 4th line.. and I'm pretty sure there is a coding error in the 2nd line. The 2nd line doesn't match up to the rest of the cypher in certain places. I have 1, 3, and 4 decoded based on the given cypher.. but I'm being told its "merely coincidence" by Suiram via PM.
