Very observant! Thank you for the constructive criticism. I already asked them about this after I started the process and discovered that the user name was more than just used to sign into the site. They said I couldn't update it to Vivian until after I become a vouched provider.

Im trying to figure out how to do that. Do you want to come on over and help? I just switched to a Mac for the first time 6 weeks ago and I love it. But its a little different than Windows. And also I am not a millennial so I wasn't born knowing ALL of this stuff.
I also am trying to figure out how the girls are putting their P411 number in their signature. Im on P411 too.
